SHIPPING
Shipments are made by express courier GLS , with tracking and delivery with signature request from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and closing periods, which will be displayed on our website.
On average, the order is processed and sent within 24 working hours of receipt, subject to any problems, and then entrusted to the courier, who should deliver it within 24/48 working hours, except for the islands and areas difficult to reach, (see official courier website). Deliveries are made to the street level. The temporal terms are however indicative and not binding. We recommend that you always leave a cell phone number to contact you about the delivery. The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, the insurance is made only at the express request of the customer. Costs: The cost for deliveries is € 9.9 from 0 to 20 kg, over 30 kg. The previous prices are valid only for the Italian territory.
For transport within the European territory, the cost varies according to the weight of the goods and is displayed in the cart before the order confirmation.
It will also be possible to collect the goods by appointment at our shop. (pickup point)
RISK
At the time of packaging, the goods are checked, and sent from our warehouse only if they do not present defects or malfunctions. At the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with that indicated in the invoice contained within one of the packages, also the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the seals affixed with adhesive tape on the packaging. The goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. If the shipment should be delivered with the damaged packaging or with signs of opening, ask the bellboy to write in block letters on the waybill: "YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" If the person in charge refuses, reject the package and do not sign any documents
Any reclaims for material damaged during shipment must be made within 24 hours of delivery by e-mail, assistenza@crazycathobby.it.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any anomalies or manufacturing defects must be reported in writing by registered letter a.r., or by certified e-mail. Any report beyond the aforesaid terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
NO RETURNS are accepted if not agreed in advance with Crazy Cat Hobby and accompanied by RMA (authorized return form) any goods returned to us without prior agreement will be rejected.
